PLEASE NOTE: due to the nature of acrylic material, there may be minor scratches on the surface of the keychain face. Typically, this is completely unnoticeable once the image is in the frame, however some marks may be visible at the right angle. Additionally, it's very likely that scratches will develop over time due to normal wear and tear. 

Due to the made-to-order nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there are issues with your order, please let us know! You'll receive a message containing a photo of your order being shipped upon request. We will do what we can to correct any errors made by us free of charge.
