Refund policy
Due to the one-of-a-kind, made to order, and/or personalized nature of nearly all of our items, we do not except returns or exchanges in most cases. However, we do review every request for a return or exchange and make the determination based on the circumstances.
Please be sure to read the item descriptions carefully to understand which items are and are NOT eligible for return. If you item is eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation. We will correct any mistakes made by us free of charge.
My order hasn't arrived yet. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of USPS shipping processes, many orders may see delays in arrival or a lack of tracking updates. We are not responsible for items that don't arrive due to USPS delays, inclement weather, or incorrect addresses.
If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us for next steps. Typically, we will provide various options depending on the item and the circumstances at hand such as a refund or replacement. These requests must be made within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date.
