Each bias pack is made to order and features fan-made merch of your favorite member.

Inside the mini pack, you’ll find:

• Two 2x3” instant photos of your bias
• One fan-made (lomo) photocard of your bias
• Three small to medium-sized stickers (bias-specific when possible)

Inside the standard pack, you’ll find:

• Five 2x3” instant photos of your bias
• Five fan-made (lomo) photocards (bias-specific when possible)
• Five small to medium-sized stickers (bias-specific when possible)
• One film strip or bookmark

Inside the deluxe pack, you’ll find:

• One 4x6” print of your bias
• Two 3x4” wide instant photos of your bias or the group

Want to order more than one but are worried about duplicates? No problem! Orders with more than one pack of the same bias/group will include unique items in each pack. The product photos can give you a good idea of the items you can expect, however, you won’t necessarily get that exact pack.

Due to the made-to-order nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there are issues with your order, please let us know! You'll receive a message containing a photo of your order being shipped or of the sent receipt upon request. We will do what we can to correct any errors made by us free of charge. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you except returns or exchanges?

All of our bias packs, keychains, and decals are custom-made upon your order being placed. As such, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on those items. Due to the nature of digital files, returns and exchanges are not possible. For all other items, please send us a message stating the issue and we will work with you to resolve it.

My order was sent to the wrong address. Can you resend it?

Except in a few very specific scenarios, all of our labels are automatically generated by Etsy using the address provided at check out. Because of this, it's up to the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is correct when they place an order. If you've mistakenly entered the wrong address, please send us a message ASAP, preferably within the first 6 hours after your order is placed.

If an order is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, we will reach out to you to discuss purchasing a new label with the correct address. The buyer will be responsible for this new charge.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of USPS shipping processes, many orders may see delays in arrival or a lack of tracking updates. We are not responsible for items that don't arrive due to USPS delays, inclement weather, or incorrect addresses.

If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us for next steps. Typically, we will provide various options depending on the item and the circumstances at hand such as a refund or replacement. These requests must be made within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date.
